Pribor-3B Bullpup Nordenfelt Gun

Man-portable nordenfelt gun of the Soviet era that apparently provided 'near minigun' performance by combining the ROF but to be suitable for a soldier to handle. It uses the 7.62x39 round but the ammo supply was limited as the weapon is magazine fed.
The Pribor 3B (прибор-3б in Cyrillic) still worked but was also quite hard to control due to the recoil force, Cartridge ejection is downwards BEHIND the magazine area as the weapon uses a gas/recoil operaton similar to that used in the AN94 Abakan assault rifle currently used by Russian special forces. Another variant of the Pribor-3B was made from AKM smilar parts to ease production. The Pribor-3B would be more practical as a tripod mounted machine gun if its possible to make a belt feed device for it.

Re: Pribor-3B Bullpup Nordenfelt Gun
I know what you mean but this salvo firing rifle is heavily based and operates similar to one but combined with the technology of automatic reloading. Like the M134 minigun is based on/and reffered as a Gatling gun, The Pribor-3B is a derivative of a Nordenfelt gun as the operation & firing mode is very similar.

Hmm. I think that's pushing the comparison a bit. The Nordenfelt (and the similar Gardner which also saw British service) used hand-cranking to move a bolt to and fro. They were not necessarily multiple-barrel weapons - single-barrel versions were made and worked just the same - but they usually had several barrels to multiply the rate of fire.
There are various examples of self-powered MGs being coupled together to double the rate of fire, e.g. the MG 81Z.
